Guest Artist and Special Events

All spaces are 10 x10. Please bring your own chairs, tables and optional canopy (weights recommended).

White canopies are required and must fit within the 10’x10’ space.

Booth items not to exceed allotted space. Booth will be assigned.

Items sold must be original artworks of the vendor or, vintage artworks that the vendor is authorized to resell.

Vendor is responsible for any licenses or taxes that must be collected. FSA is not responsible for any IRS or other business related requirements.

Vendor arrival / set up for all booths on Saturday, April 26 is between 7:30am to 8:30am.

Tear down / vacate to be completed by all vendors no later than 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 26. Vendor is responsible for taking all trash created during the event.

Vendors must not park in the FSA paved parking lots. You may park to load in and out; we will have limited vendor parking in the dirt lot located west of the School; you may also park anywhere there is public parking along the streets or in public lots.

You will work directly with customers and keep 100% of all sales! Vendor responsible for resale requirements.

NO transactions will be processed through FSA. No change provided.

Wi-fi is provided free of charge.

No food or alcohol sales. Service animals only, please.

Vendors must be present for the entirety of the event.  Load out cannot begin prior to 2:00pm

Vendor fee payable by credit card, cash or check made out to “Fallbrook School of the Arts”
