Daphne Gawronski comes from a family of creative artists. Her passion for art first began when her father and uncles owned a graphic design agency a la “Mad Men” style. Daphne and her brother would play “ad agency” in their garage “studio” for hours.
Her passion led her to earn a Bachelor's Degree in painting/sculpture and graphic arts from UCLA. She has additionally earned a certificate in graphic design.
Her first job out of college was working for Walt Disney. There she documented all art processes that were used in building Disney theme park rides. During her subsequent career she held positions for several trade publications, not-for-profits, and advertising agencies as a graphic designer, advertising and production manager, and eventually, marketing executive director.
After a successful career in association management Daphne has entered a time in her life where she can pursue her art passion once again. She now indulges in watercolor paintings specializing in pet portraits and personalized commissioned art among other subjects.
When she is not painting, Daphne enjoys cycling, golf, and traveling with her husband.
