With the holidays fast approaching, join Instructor Derek Fox in the Ceramics Studio for this special four-week holiday session. This Saturday class is your opportunity to create seasonal ornaments, dishware, or sculpted items that would make amazing gifts for loved ones or as treasured keepsakes for yourself. Derek will guide you on design, construction, glazing and firing techniques up to Cone 6. This course is great for beginners as well as more experienced ceramicists. The possibilities are endless! Each student will be given 12lbs of FSA clay for their holiday projects to be bisque and glaze-fired in this session. No outside clay, glaze or premade ceramic items allowed.
Important Information:
• Final glaze firing to be completed after 11/18 and be ready for collection within one to two weeks.
• No prorated days, substitutions, or make-up classes allowed at FSA
• Open Studio not available for this session
