Let it bloom! Join Instructor Buffy Kaufman as she shares her favorite watercolor techniques and love of color while painting loose watercolor florals. Buffy will provide the reference as you explore expressive backgrounds, brushstroke, and lifting techniques. While painting, Buffy loves to share information on color so you’ll leave the class with a deeper understanding of each pigment demonstrated. Loose watercolor painting allows the artist to experience the essence of watercolor while learning core concepts. Enjoy creating a stylized impression of your subject embracing the emotions, mood, and spontaneity of watercolor. During the demonstration, Buffy will be using Saunders Waterford High White 100% Cotton Paper, KingArt Watercolor Brushes to include round, angle shader, oval petal, and liner and Daniel Smith Watercolors.
Please note, there is a $5 supply fee for printables / sharables due in class.
Supply Fee: $5 cash-only supply fee due to instructor at time of class.
