Class/Workshop Details

Did you know that drawing works both your right brain (creativity) and left brain (logic)?  It's true!  Inventors draw their ideas to work through obstacles; entrepreneurs draw to visualize their goals; and artists draw to express emotions.  We invite you to draw like no one is watching...without fear!  Join Instructor Casey O'Connor and learn "drawing basics" like recognizing edges, proportion, perspective, shadows, gradations, etc.  Draw from observation and still life groupings using charcoal and graphite on sketchpads.  You'll have fun drawing on easels inside the studio, and you'll also explore outdoors using natural inspiration in your sketches.  No experience necessary.  Beginners are welcome!

What To Bring

Sketchpad:  Spiral bound 14"x 17" (may be larger but not smaller).
