 The Ceramics program at Fallbrook School of the arts introduces students of all ages to a wide range of techniques and processes with an emphasis on creative thinking and individual artistic growth. Classes taught by professional artisan Jo Sebern are informative and educational, yet geared toward developing the student’s unique artistic visions.
The studio experience includes wheel throwing, hand building, glazing techniques and Raku firing. Classes vary throughout the year and range in ages from 5 to adult.

Youth Programs 
Students will develop wheel-throwing techniques and create several pieces including bowls mugs and cylinders.
Students will create fun and exciting themed projects in ceramics while learning how to work with clay.
Ceramic Artist Jo Sebern’s goal for this class is for students to enjoy themselves while developing their artistic ability. Each student will take home several finished pieces with a seasonal theme.
