Come and use our space, tools and equipment to make a project!
We provide glass tools, workspace and basic equipment *Additional costs for materials firing and advanced equipment at bottom(You must have taken at least one class at the school or prove glass experience)MATERIALS - This is at 96 COE Studio ONLY no exceptions!You can purchase glass at the time of your project We provide "student box" to store it in a cubby for future use by you. We also have an assortment of premade parts or kits to choose from.*If you want bring in your own 96 coe glass you must keep it separate from class glass or other students, you will leave NO scrap at the studio.Cost for materials, firing and advanced equipment below.
CHECK AHEAD – We can only accommodate 10 students in the studio at this time please make a reservation to be assure of reserving any equipment.
ASSISTANCE – Open Studio is not a class but whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned professional, our studio monitors are available to help you with your projects. (You must have taken at least one class at the school or prove glass experience as this is not a class)
TOOLS - Studio time includes use of our tools including use of circle cutters, strip cutters, morton boards and grinders. We bought all the toys and encourage you to experiment with different tools and equipment.
STORAGE - We provide "student box" to store it in a cubby for future use by you
DESIGN - Design your own or bring in your ideas and we’ll help you produce a pattern for you to work from
**Safety Glasses and headgear will be required on some equipment. **Closed toe shoes, no sandals! **If you do not wear eyeglasses you will be required to wear safety glasses (provided)
